I am so excited to share this with you, something I have been dreaming about doing for a while.

Tender Being Community Membership

Over the years I have been running circle spaces, we have grown a core group who regularly attend. This has organically grown into such a beautiful and supportive community, that I feel hugely lucky to host in these events.

I’ve been thinking for a while about whether there would be a way to create more opportunities for connection in this community, in a way that felt sustainable for myself and the group members. A way that honoured our energy and pacing needs, as well as the deeply human need for connection.

And as I’ve been on Substack, it has occured to me that this could be the place.

This isn’t the usual way to use Susbtack, I’m not charging for you to access to more of my writing. I’m not primarily a writer (despite enjoying writing as a way of exploring ideas - when I can find the time!)

I am primarily a space holder.

So the intention is that I (and we) will hold space as a community right here in Substack!

What will this look like?

Within the Community Membership, I will offer different invitations and opportunities for connection.

The core offerings will be:

• Live Celtic Wheel Events -

  A seasonal circle space, weaving together mindfulness, ecosomatics and nature connection (there are 8 Celtic Wheel Festivals a year). These have been my core regular offering, and they are such special spaces. These are what inspired this whole idea. I really am so excited to include these as a foundational part of the membership. These are available to sign up to in advance - there will be a Calendly link to sign up for these events in advance so that you can receive the zoom details and reminders.

• Monthly Meditation Sessions -

  A mix of Meditations including EcoNidra. EcoNidra is a beautiful meditation practice that can be understood as ‘Where Yoga Nidra meets Forest Therapy’. Meditations last around 45 mins and there will be the option to connect before the meditation starts for anyone who wants to introduce themselves and check-in. As with all my sessions, all engagement is totally invitational and you’re encouraged to join in whatever way feels right for you (camera on/off, share in chat / voice, don’t share, show up from sofa / bed / wherever). Other Meditation sessions will include a short teaching/exploration of a mindfulness concept and then a related practice, with space for optional sharing and enquiry after. These will be run on a drop-in basis, no need to book just show up.

• Monthly Home Practice with Community Chat -

  I will share a new practice / invitation each month with the community and you will be able to experiment with this in your own time and with the optional support of the community. Examples of the types of invitations will be practices such as accessible nature connection, somatics (particularly ecosomatics), meditation, journaling, mindful movement and more. A private chat will offer a space to discuss any reflections, questions, challenges and insights. Accessibility will be core to all of the membership and these are self-paced and adaptions will be offered - if you ever need different/further adaption then I will be there to create these with you.

Pricing -

I am providing this on a 'pay what you can' system, based a sense of mutual trust and trying to move away from the capitalist ideas that we must all extract as much as we can from one another. 

Because of the format of Substack, the way that I will do this is to have a base rate that is the Standard Rate. Then I have a code to access Concessionary Rate and for the Free Rate I can organise this with you directly.

Concessionary Rate - £3 (code available here)

Free - Get in touch and I will invite you for a free membership, as there is an option for me to ‘gift’ this to you (no questions asked)

If you have the resources you can choose to support me by choosing a yearly or founding member rate.

Yearly - £84

Founding Member - £120 (you can also choose a different amount for this)

Please also feel free to change rates as needed. I know situations change and fluctuate.
